Who Do I Contact If I Need Help?

If you have any questions, please reach out to our wedding planners at JCPhanWedding@gmail.com or through WhatsApp +30 6983079868

Transportation from/to the Airport

We will not be providing transportation from the airports, only to our events. Please see "transportation" tab for more details

Children?

We absolutely welcome children - all events will be family friendly. We want our celebration to be enjoyable for both parents and little ones. To support families, we’ll have professional nanny staffing available at every event for parents who choose to use it (just let us know when you RSVP)! Important note about nannies: Nanny services are flexible and completely optional. They can be arranged: • At your hotel if you choose to attend events without your children • At our events as: • An extra set of eyes on your kids while you’re present • Or as the primary caretaker during the event — whatever makes you most comfortable Each event will also include activities and child friendly touches for young kids, so they can enjoy the celebration too.

Do I need a Visa?

No, you will need an active US passport for all parties including children.

Weather?

The weather in Sorrento & Santorini is typically warm and sunny, with average daytime temperatures around 27°C (81°F) and nighttime lows around 23°C (74°F). Both locations are very sunny.

What do I do on days in-between events?

Sorrento and Santorini are perfect to explore, we encourage you to take some time to enjoy surrounding areas. Check out our "Things To Do" tab for ideas!

WEDDING GIFTS?

We truly understand that attending this celebration is a significant trip, and please know that we are not expecting wedding gifts. When planning this excursion, our priority was creating a meaningful and memorable experience with the people we love—something that may not happen again in this way. While gifts are appreciated if you are in a position to do so, they are absolutely not expected. Your presence and sharing this moment with us is all we ask for and means more than any gift.
